Tier 1 psw visa refused...?

hi my psw visa was refused as i submitted my fathers bank statements accompanying a letter from my father saying that (these funds in my account can be used for my sons maintenance cost without any hesitation) but my visa was refused as this been the reason.anybody have any idea..please help..thank you
