Can I receive the extended benefits after the benefit year ending date?

i had been unemployed since 07/03/2010 i exhausted my regular claim,and i got my first extended benefits also for 13 weeks+7weeks. my claim benefit year ends 07/03/2011,now i want to know if i am still eligible for the 2nd extension or tier for 13weeks?since my claim benefit year ends 07/03/2011? If so, is there a delay with receiving the rest of the benefits
