So... I have a THIRD interview tomorrow at Old Navy. What is this one about??? What should I expect?

Yea, I too think they are going to offer the job to you. If it's not that, then they've narrowed it down to a couple of people. Just go in smiling, and know the job is yours. They may send you for a drug test, or tell you when to get it and where to go.
