How Do I Get Texas Unemployment Restarted HELP!!!?

I understand that we have 99 weeks of unemployment available. If you got your first 26 weeks of regular unemployment, and then went to your first 20 weeks of Emergency Unemployment Compensation, and then the 2nd tier of EUC benefits which suddenly ends with a letter discussing determination of benefits and your money has stop being deposited, how do you get Texas to restart your benefits so that you can continue in the 2nd tier and possibly to the EB or extended benefits if needed? Your help is greatly appreciated!
